This place suits me perfectly! Excellent amenities include wi-fi, valet parking, and a great fitness center. The staff returned my sim cards I left behind, showing genuine care. I’ll be back for Christmas!

It was just an excellent fit for a momentary pause in Amman with good price-quality ratio. The air conditioning worked surprisingly well considering the heat outside. Try to ask for a room on a higher floor for a better view.

Issues plagued the stay, outdated decor needing repair, unclean conditions with visible dirt under the bed, and insufficient amenities like just one bottle of water per room. Breakfast was disappointing, with a poor variety that lacked freshness, and an AC system that struggled to cool the room effectively.

the bathroom was a bit dated but the room was spacious with double beds. The staff were super friendly and helped with everything! also, the buffet offered a variety of good food choices, which was awesome! !

Super clean room with a comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV. I loved the hot tub and sauna in the fitness center. The additional amenities like a hairdryer, free toiletries, and a kettle were convenient. Breakfast had various options, and the staff made me feel safe as a solo traveler.

Had a great time with my friends! The location was super convenient for exploring, especially when we visited the Citadel and the Roman Theater. The breakfast had a good variety with eggs made to order. We loved hanging out at the fitness center too!

We did have an issue with the toilet seat, which was loose and took a while to fix. It was frustrating late at night, but the hotel staff eventually offered to change our room.

i had a great stay at olive tree! the location was perfect, really easy to access coming from the airport. the breakfast options were delicious, and i loved the donuts! the staff was incredibly kind—especially the receptionist in the hijab with the beaming eyes who helped me feel safe as a solo traveler. also, the health club was a nice bonus to unwind.
